How are your fees structured?
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed monthly or annual fee, scoped in writing after the discovery meeting. You'll never receive a surprise invoice — and if scope changes mid-year, we agree the variation in advance.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. Around 40% of our clients are interstate or based overseas. Our workflows are fully cloud-native, and we run scheduled video reviews quarterly (or more often, if you'd prefer).
Can you take over from our current accountant?
Absolutely. We manage the entire handover — ethical clearance letter, data migration, working-paper review — so you don't have to. Most onboardings complete inside 14 business days.
What industries do you specialise in?
We have dedicated leads for professional services, technology and SaaS, property and construction, and family offices. Each lead has 10+ years of partner experience in their vertical.
Are you registered tax agents and auditors?
Yes. Pinecrest is a CA-registered practice; our principals hold both CA and CPA designations, and our audit team is ASIC-registered for SMSF and company audits.
How quickly can we get started?
A discovery meeting is usually available within three business days. Once a proposal is accepted, we can take on lodgement work immediately and have a full reporting cadence in place inside a month.
